1.)Press "F11" Special

2.)Use up & down arrow keys and highlight "Place Transaction on Hold".

3.)Press "Enter"

4.)You will now be asked to give this transaction a description. Usually the customer name is used. You will need this to recall the transaction.

5.)Press "Enter"

Transaction is now on hold.
